Deposits terms and conditions.

If you wish to cancel or move your appointment;

• All deposits are non-refundable. 
• If you wish to move an appointment you can do so up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you can’t reschedule straight away I will hold a deposit for a month for you to get in touch with me to make a new appointment. After that the deposit is forfeit. 
• Less than 48 hours notice to move will need a new deposit. 
• You can only move an appointment once per deposit. 

I know all this seems strict or excessive, but after years in the industry I know it is unfortunately necessary. Also, this is my job, and no-shows and short-term cancellations mean I can literally lose entire days’ wages plus the wasted time doing designs etc. The deposit helps at least cover some of the lost earnings.
